HP777 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing HP777 — whether through the website at hp777.ml, the HP777 mobile app for Android or iOS, or any other official HP777 channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you register an account or use any HP777 service, whichever happens first.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use HP777. Continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

HP777 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or use any HP777 service. HP777 does not knowingly allow access to individuals under 18 and takes active steps to prevent underage use.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are the person whose details you are providing. HP777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, HP777 may suspend or close the account and withhold pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

• You must be the legal owner of the payment method used to deposit — deposits from accounts belonging to other people are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of HP777 or any of its service providers.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when using your HP777 account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one HP777 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of it, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name, a valid email address, a working phone number, and a date of birth. HP777 may request supporting documents — such as a CNIC copy, bank statement, or JazzCash account confirmation — to verify the information provided. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without return of funds.

Username and Password

You choose your own login credentials during registration. Your password must be kept confidential. HP777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact HP777 support immediately.

4. Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your HP777 account, whether or not you personally authorised it. This includes bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested. HP777 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep your device secure.

HP777 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and not reusing passwords across other platforms. Two-factor authentication, where available, should be enabled. If you access HP777 on a shared device, always log out after your session.

HP777 may temporarily lock an account if unusual activity is detected — for example, login attempts from an unfamiliar location or device, or an unusual pattern of large deposits and immediate withdrawals. In such cases, HP777 may contact you to verify your identity before restoring access.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on HP777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). HP777 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific methods may vary and HP777 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

Deposits

• Deposits are processed in real time for JazzCash and Easypaisa in most cases. Bank transfers and card deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the Deposit page and may differ by payment method.
• You may only deposit using a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
• HP777 does not charge deposit fees from our side. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, HP777 may require identity verification to be completed. This is a standard process and does not imply any wrongdoing.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours from the time of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as PSL season or major cricket events.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its wagering requirement before a withdrawal of related winnings can be approved. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• HP777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for large or unusual withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

HP777 offers a range of bonuses including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL and T20 internationals. Each bonus has its own specific terms — including a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and an expiry period — which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically on a qualifying deposit unless a specific opt-in is required, in which case instructions are provided with the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement is satisfied.
• HP777 reserves the right to remove a bonus from an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed withdrawal, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting a technical error.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, household, device, and IP address applies.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and remaining bonus balance will be forfeited after the expiry without compensation.

Free Bets and Free Spins

Free bets credited to sports accounts and free spins credited to slot products are subject to the specific wagering and minimum odds conditions stated in the offer. Winnings from free bets and free spins are typically subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility. Unused free bets and free spins expire as per the promotional terms.

7. Sports Betting Rules

HP777's sports betting product covers cricket — including PSL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and domestic matches — as well as football, esports, and other sports. By placing a bet on HP777, you accept the following rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Placing Bets

• All bets are final once confirmed. HP777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after confirmation, except in cases where HP777 initiates a void under the rules below.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended without notice during live play at HP777's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by sport, competition, and event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• HP777 reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event at its discretion, particularly for markets with unusually high liability.

Void Bets & Abandoned Events

• A bet will be voided and the stake returned if an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, unless HP777's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error by HP777 may be voided at HP777's discretion. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and unintentional mistake in the odds published.
• For cricket matches affected by weather (a frequent factor in Pakistan and international fixtures), HP777 follows standard DLS rules where applicable. Specific rules per market type are available in the sports help section.

Disputes

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the dispute within 7 days of the event settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. Contact HP777 support with your bet reference number and a description of the issue.

8. Casino & Slots Rules

HP777's casino products — including online slots, live casino tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat), and other casino games — are governed by the rules of each individual game in addition to these Terms and Conditions. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino, by real-time card dealing and wheel spins conducted by live dealers. HP777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on the player's side (device restart, lost internet connection), HP777's system will complete the round based on the state at the time of disconnection and the result will stand.
• If a technical fault on HP777's side affects a game outcome, the round may be voided and stakes returned. HP777 will investigate and communicate the outcome to affected players.
• Progressive jackpot games have their own specific rules regarding eligibility and payout structure, displayed within the game.
• HP777 reserves the right to suspend any casino game for maintenance, technical updates, or compliance reasons without prior notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on HP777. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Opening or operating more than one HP777 account for any reason, including attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an HP777 account. All chargebacks are investigated and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus terms, including arbitrage betting with bonus funds, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or use of software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or inside information: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available or participating in any arrangement to fix the outcome of an event.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets, access game outcomes, or interact with HP777 systems without human input.
• Account sharing: Allowing another person to access or use your HP777 account, including sharing login credentials for any reason.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on HP777 — including but not limited to the HP777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of HP777 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use HP777 for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any HP777 content without explicit written permission.

The HP777 name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or communication that could cause confusion with, or imply endorsement by, HP777 without prior written consent.

11. Responsible Gaming

Available Tools

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a cooling-off period.

HP777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — arising from: platform downtime or technical faults; errors in odds or game outcomes subsequently corrected under manifest error rules; delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers; or your failure to follow these Terms and Conditions.

HP777's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the balance held in your HP777 account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

HP777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of HP777 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Any PKR balance remaining will be processed for withdrawal in line with the withdrawal policy in effect at that time.
